MUST GET MEAL: Grilled Cheese Donut
It seems to have become a tradition that each time I go to IKEA in Cincinnati that I go to this place. Which is comical considering there is one less than 10 miles from my house in Indianapolis. Their whole menu is all about grilled cheese and tomato soup. What a childhood classic. This restaurant has taken that classic and provided so many twists to delight anyones tastebuds.
Their menu has a variety of flavors that will satisfy everyone from the foodie who is looking for unique flavors to the traditionalist who is looking for melted cheese in between bread. They have it all. This time I got the Crunchy Garlic Chicken which has roasted chicken, grilled onions, diced tomatoes, sweethot mustard, garlic seasoning, parmesan garlic potato chips and pepper jack on wheat berry bread. It was delightful.
Tom + Chee ... Tom(ato) + Chee(se) - pretty clever!
They are located in more places than I thought...see if it is in your area by checking their site out here! You don't have to go all the way to Cincinnati to try it, but if you are in the city you should certainly go check it out. After all of the walking around at IKEA, we were happy to have this meal at the end of our furniture shopping journey.
